Thank you for choosing Protrace Fingerprinting in Dallas! By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Services
We provide electronic live scan fingerprinting, background checks, notary, apostille, translation, and secure shipping. All services use state-of-the-art, FBI-approved equipment for secure, accurate results.
2. Your Consent
By booking, you authorize us to capture and submit your fingerprints for background checks or other authorized purposes. Results may be shared with government agencies (FBI, FDLE, ATF, USCIS) as required.
3. Fees & Payment
Prices are listed on our website and confirmed at booking. Payment is due in full before service (credit/debit cards, cash, or electronic). Fees may change without notice.
4. Booking & Cancellation
Advance booking is strongly preferred.
Cancel or reschedule with full refund if notified by 5:00 PM CDT the day before your appointment.
Missed appointments can be rescheduled (no refund).
5. Tardiness Policy
Arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you that day due to scheduled clients. We’ll happily rebook you for the next available slot.
6. Free Rescans
If your prints are rejected due to technical issues on our end, we provide free rescans within 60 days. Rejections due to client errors or agency issues are not covered.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Your personal information and fingerprints are handled securely and confidentially. We transmit data only to authorized agencies and comply with all applicable laws. We do not sell or share your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy, but we are not liable for agency delays, errors in results, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Texas and U.S. law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms. Check our website for the latest version.
